having around 60-100 ping on most of server since update

hello etf2l
since last update, I have around 60-100 ping on server where I was having 10-25 before, and this is getting annoying can’t hit anything now.
is there any solution to my problem?

Try ruling out it has anything to do with the update by pinging the server outside of TF2.
