Permanent damage numbers

My damage numbers that stay above my health rather than appearing over enemies only appear if I have a direct sight line to the person I dealt damage to. Does anyone have a better one that has damage numbers that show up wherever I may be looking?

does anyone have glass walls textures so i could see when to detonate stickies?
