Mumble overlay doesnt work.

It has to be said tha it hasnt been working for quite a long time now and I dont know why, but till now I never really needed it.
I have tried to put -nod3d9ex in launch option, trying both window/non-windown mode, allowing exception to windows firewall, reinstalling mumble but still it isnt working.
If it may matters, my OS is windows 7.

It has happened for me for a long time now, the only fix i found was formatting the pc. However, as soon as i installed the updates from the Windows Update it was gone again

By they way, I have noticed that putting -nod3d9ex in launch option it takes quite more time to alt-tab the game. Also I tried to load the default one, but I wansnt able to find it, so I wonder if i might miss some mumble files.
Any suggestion?
I should have the 1.2.3 version, is it the newest version?
I am having the same problem and Cunlico, custom hud not showing in TF2. However when I enter other games it is there. Oo
