Hi
Im using on my shitty netbook m0refps cfg on dxlevel 80. But i still have 20fps in a centre of fight, so could anyone tell me what can i do to have more fps’s?

Not entirely sure, but I think Chris’ Max FPS config give a little bit more boost to your fps than m0re’s.
but m0refps is working on dxlevel 80, chris fps cfg works on dxlevel 81 am i right?
im using resolution 640×320
just use chris max cfg and dxlevel 81
you’ll get 2x fps

Nah the best answer is: Play Quake or QL. Best way to get a lot of fps.
profilu: dxlevel 80 or 81 doesn’t instantly mean it will run less fast. Some of the parts of the dx library actually help the videocard. I don’t know what gpu your laptop has, but if its dx8/9/10/11 compliant, try actually running a higher dx value, sometimes it increases fps.
