Sluggish mouse

Hi everybody,
I’ve got a new laptop which is meant for games, so also for TF2. The only issue I’m having is that the mouse feels sluggish (most comparable would be the ‘vsync’ feel).
In other games (CS:GO, Diablo 3) or just on the desktop I don’t have this issue.
Things I’ve checked/tried so far:
-Whether Vsync was on
-Pre-rendered frames on NVidia settings (3,2,1,0 – no change)
-Accelfix
-Boosted polling rate to 500Hz
-Clean config (dx9, chris config)
-External monitor (which is how I’d ideally want to play)
-rawinput
The system I’ve got is:
i7-3610QM
GTX670M
16GB RAM
Windows 7 64Bit
Logitech MX518 (v2 I believe)
I wouldn’t know where to continue looking for a fix, it’s just weird it only occurs for TF2.
Help me ETF2L, you’re my only hope!

And your mouse was?
MX518, edited:)
@Above
I’ve tried both, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.
have you tried turning to low all the video settings ? because TF2 lags even on the best PC’s when its all high settings

windowed or fullscreen?
`
It looks like fullscreen solves the issue (or at least lessens it)
Thanks (in advance!:))
i can’t use windowed either without extreme mouse lag. pretty annoying because i’d like to set a custom resolution yet the mouse lag is almost as bad as if i were using vsync.
You can use windowed mode if you disable Windows Aero effects during the game. Go to your tf2 folder and to the properties of the hl2.exe there and turn off aero. profit
I think what is happening for me is that the onboard graphics get used when I’m using windowed mode (instead of the ‘real’ gfxcard), causing me to lag. Luckily alt-tabbing is still quite fast now.
About disabling that aero-part, that also didn’t help for me.
