Strange Textures

Hello everyone!
i got these strange textures since a few days,
it seems i only see them at match servers, they are not on mge servers or something.
Has anyone any idea what this is, and how i can fix it?

there was a thread about this recently, can rememmber the spire being black. have you tried out all the basic stuff ? changing configs, removing materials folder etc etc ?
Well, i once removed my fps cfg, and it was fixed,
but yeah, i like playing with this cfg.
i have a new pc for 1 month or something.
i5 2500k
8 gb ram
7950 OC
so that shouldnt be a problem i gues
change the cfg, there wont be a fix other then that. well maybe there is a specifig setting that needs to be changed, but gl finding that

try different cfgs or verrify game cache bla bla
