heya

Using maxframes everything installed correctly

my crosshair is rather dark and seeing as i play in white it is now grey, how can i fix this?

I had the same thing, I thought it was just part and parcel so I changed my crosshair to fit.

You could try the following:

* disable Windows aero extensions” in the advanced graphics option menu. You need to restart the game for this change to take effect.

* Input cl_crosshairalpha 255

* Change cl_crosshair_scale back and forth until the crosshair aligns with the pixel grid.

* Disable all antialiasing and other fancy stuff in nVIDIA control panel or ATI catalyst control center.

* Make sure you have the following color components selected:

cl_crosshair_red “255”
cl_crosshair_green “255”
cl_crosshair_blue “255”

Those will give you white.
