Random alt tabbing

when im playing tf2 im randomly alt tabbing to windows, this bug startet 1week ago never happend before, any solutions?
do you have multiple monitors?
I’ve got the same problem every once in a while.
Do you play in fullscreen or with windows noborder?
I’ve had this problem for about a week now also. Happened probably 3-4 times under this time. I use 2 monitors and fullscreen ofc.
I have my left Windows and Alt keys disabled while I play so it isn’t caused by me.
E: Also no visible popus etc..

Just experiment with closing unnecessary applications in the background. I had something similiar with pop-ups. I couldn’t see them while randomly alt-tabbing from tf2, but I was able to see them while being on the desktop.

I had that problem about a month ago. Turns out it was my keybinds: I bound my disguise key to “Alt” and I sometimes held it down (to switch weapons) while pressing “Tab” to view scores. I kicked myself of that habit, fortunately.
