Whenever I use my PTT button on Mumble and talk, TF2 will suddenly lag (characters will stop moving or will lag considerably) and when I release it, it will all go back to normal. Is there any way to fix this?

used to have this. was a router problem for me. but before I managed to get a better router I was able to bypass it by changing my internet settings in mumble to have more ms per second (60 or something) and then putting the quality to like 14 kb/s this and chris’ bad net config(found in any of his graphics configs if you just wanna copypaste it)
made the game playable. hopefully this helps and wasn’t just something entirely situational for me :P gl :)

EDIT: god damnit deli, there’s a real guide for this? FML I would have needed that sooner D:
