Help!Fps problems

Hey,im not even where i should write this but whenever i turn mumble on and playing some pcw’s with my team my fps just goes terribly low from 90-80 to 34-50 and it feels like 15 sound goes choppy and wierd mouse starts lagging.But when i play lobby and mumble is off my fps is fine 90-60 and it feels like 126.Help
My pc specs
Nvidia geforce 9200m GE shit i know
4gb ram
intel pentium 2.16dual core
W7 ultimate

Set the affinity for mumble.exe to just 1 core. That did it for me a while back when mumble caused fps problems.
