Is there any Script/Cfg that makes the medic Call the percentage into teh team chat ?

Not possible, at least, not in an automatic fashion. The best you could do is have a key which increments, and one which resets (or just bind different keys to print different percentages).

Or better actually announce when you are close to uber, you know, that’s pretty effective.
