I deleted P-Rec as suggested and I can now join TF2 servers fine.
just ignore the error, game crashes once you close the error window

So, why is it im windows 7 64-bit and no problems?
Thanks for posting this fix last night. Was getting frustrated before our official until I read the thread. Used the delete/rename addons folder trick and we were able to stomp our division as expected. Many thanks <3
