So i actually implement this in all my huds because i play without sound when i pub and still wanna know if i hit them so here’s my explanation:
First you gonna need this font file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/32v9jtnp8gijx12/crtfc.ttf
put it into the resource folder of your hud
next go into the clientscheme and copy this: http://pastebin.com/Y91xwuQJ into the Fonts section
now scroll way to the bottom and paste this: http://pastebin.com/LYV0QKCA with the next following number.
now go under scripts/hudlayout.res and copy this into it: http://pastebin.com/W8EU7rJa
now go into hudanimations and paste this into it: http://pastebin.com/t8i5spw6

Can you reupload the font?
