Print console in top left corner?

I remember having everything from the console printed in the top left corner of my display about 3 years ago when I used to play CSS. I have no idea what the command for that would be, and searched an hour about it on google without any luck.
It looked pretty much like this: http://i.imgur.com/qht3p.jpg
The text was a bit transparent tho.

Yeah it only works on server with no sv_pure :(
