Can any PC setup run TF2 at a consistant 120fps with any config?

Obviously not regardless of anything. I’m sure there are some dodgey custom maps with no skybox / bad optimisation or something that would own the setup. The PC isn’t anything special, with an FPS config, a lot of machines can run at 300fps constant. Several people here are talking about highest settings, or default settings, and my computer would have no chance at running those at 300fps (Good thing I don’t actually want those settings).
