Obviously we have our excuses: numlocked basically didn’t play any of Gravel Pit and Jones only managed a limited amount of time on Badwater before his net started playing up. Coinz as demo on a map he’s probably never played before isn’t a massive winrar either… :D Also, finally, why did the competitive team pick Gravel Pit?! Wasn’t my doing that’s for sure!

It was fun though. That spy was fucking unreal. The sniper was bad enough; better than any I’ve ever played against in competitive play, but at least I can hide my fucking head round corners. The spy on the other hand…
IMO the numbers aren’t really a huge issue. The only problems we felt we faced were their heavy (just a block of shit that’s difficult to kill when you have pyros/engis/snipers/spies to contend with too) and the aforementioned sniper/spy.
Good game though, glad it went ahead, good for everyone in TF2. Would be nice if we could field a proper team next time, rather than a makeshift, last-minute effort with lots of stand-ins.

Gotta give kudos to the heavy (icechiller) for overall solid play, and being entertaining with his use of well timed voice commands!

Unfrotunately I know none of the pro players (and ive been a ptv fanboy for some time). Prolly the pros are getting rolled. Should be a fun watch tho.
In the american game, to my knowledge the AG kids are top ESEA O (top div2 equivelent), HF are similar but worse than AG, and kaytee is just some random chick who I’ve seen playing pickups and wasn’t particularly good whatsoever, flow no idea.

I was the only one on the team without comms, it was just like BV.
Funny I played Engi for the pub players yet I been partially active on the competitive scene…was I cheating? I don’t think so cos I was pretty average.
Anyway…thanks again Shintaz, listened to the mumble cast – ‘it is ‘Hill-dref-s-will’ Acidrenix :P
I bet no-one watched the boring engi, I realised I could have done a lot more offensive engineering but one proud moment for me was when I killed Coinz with my sg hidden and he demo jumped right into it…that moment made me so happy…and no-one saw it :D
