why is shintaz playing?
Quoted from Krakyn
For the love of good pick maps where the pub team have a chance, badlands granary and their ilk are decided on mid and since the pros will have more people there doing more damage quicker it’ll just be a roll. No one wants to watch that and it’s unlikely to make anyone want to start playing 6v6.
THAT tbh
Quoted from gryzor
Where’s ryb, glufse, zerox, hymzi or any of the other “worth to watch” players? If this to be a euro-“elite” game, why are none of the interesting players in on it?
Nobody is gonna force you to watch, just stay away! The pro team only has players of top 10 teams, how is this not worth to watch. Just quit your retarded “elite” game, you are not interesting
yea I guess maps like well (due to the gates) and gravelpit would fit both sides quite well.

hey gryzor totally knows the scene. That’s why he’s still following the exploits of glufse. Even though he quit the game 6 months ago.

Gonna be fun to watch :)
Like Bash said its just a game, just lay down the wine.
+1
FUN is the key word!
Nice work shintaz

Play Badwater :)

Sounds retarded egoboosting.
Pubs don’t have a chance. They are outskilled and then outclassed because of the retarded highlander rule.
Pros have 2 scouts, 2 soldier and almost half of the pubstar team is such an important classes like engineer, pyro, spy and sniper…
As far as i’m aware, the USA pro team lost Badwater to the pub team and had a close game on one of the other maps. It’s not as easy as you think for the pros. Remember we are used to playing against another standard team. Playing against a permanent spy is extremely fustrating (especially a pub spy) not to mention always walking around the corner into a level 3 SG that you didn’t expect.
If the pub team gets a single pick on your medic and kills a few players, it’s not uncommon to get simply brute forced all the way back to your last and lose the round simply because you don’t have the damage or survivability to kill that many players heading towards you.
Occasionally a couple of the pub players really shine and could easily be considered mid+ / high level competitive players, it mostly depends on how their ‘pick’ classes perform, such as the sniper and spy. The care free pyro is another one to watch out for.
The pro players also get a shit load of pressure. If they lose, even a map, the whole competitive community laughs at them and calls them terrible. I played briefly in one of the pro teams last time round and it was nerve racking as hell. The whole public community is watching you, commenting on your mistakes, you have to perform well!

That. Don’t underestimate the power of sheer numbers.
