Meet TF2Pickup.us, the US syndication of the TF2Pickup project which creates seamless on-the-fly 6v6 comp pickup games. These games are traditionally formatted and properly-structured, with a connected web UI. There is no Captain system, so finding a game is easy as long as you add yourself and have desktop notifications.
