Donation share per server provider for June. We narrowly hit the donation target, thanks to some last minute server restrictions for free users.
I’m considering getting rid of one or two of the German FB machines, since they’re expensive (and don’t earn that with donations) and there are possibly too many serveme servers (109) in EU.
On the bright side, the NA system smashed its donation goal, making it easy to convince tragicservers to add servers. Now at 26.

Just launched 12 new German (Düsseldorf) servers which should have way better pings for Western Europe. DDoS protected too, yay! Look for RheinBrigade and let me know what you think. These will probably replace the 12 Fritzbrigade servers.

Made some changes due to recent DDoSing.
– Disabled servers page
– Disabled recent reservations page
– Server hostname no longer has the player name in it, just the reservation number

How come?
To make it slightly harder for attackers to find which server they should DDoS.
Lots of (D)Doses lately. From 10+ Gbit entire-box-killing attacks to very targeted denial of services of just tens of Mbit to the gameserver itself.
Will probably last till dem kidz go back to school.

Due to a lack of paying customers I will not be renewing two machines (1xFR, 1xDE) in the EU region. For now the EU site has no servers available for free, just for paying customers.
Two small updates:
* Added demos.tf support, just check the box when making a reservation to enable automatic uploading of STVs to demos.tf
* Server list is now sorted by distance of you to the server (as determined by Geo IP, so not 100% accurate)
Just a heads up. The most recent TF2 server update broke support for servers with Xeon CPUs without AVX instructions. This means about 50% of my EU capacity is currently unavailable.
So make sure to book your reservations in advance until Valve fixes the TF2 server files.
