Hello there.
I know that FB team make Relay servers and i would like to offer an alternative :)

I can make Relay servers, which are located in Moscow (i think the ping is normal for the Relay – “ping tf2world.net” :F).

So if you want that i will connect a relay to your STV:
1. Fill the request form – tf2world.net/stv
2. Find me in irc channel #xen
3. Tell the god about that and he will think how he can help you :D
