but nightbox how can we comunicate in game? i mean will be on tf2mm a thing like mumble or teamSpeak or you will get few mumble servers and you will provide us the ips and stuff?

well bassicly it’s community decision
Add soemthing in where after the match you can rate any person out of 5, for instance, comms 3/5
helpful 4/5
teamwork 3/5
Sort of like a reliability rate, all the ratings will be put together and an averag will be made, for example 2.3/5 in communications.

why don’t you do the averenge in your head and compare if that user should get a plus or a minus overall :)
