Yo,

we're looking for some subs. We really need a roamer sub, raptor plays too much highlander. So you might even get to play 1-2 times a week. Other classes are not that urgent but can't hurt to have subs for them.
Don't expect to play much if you are a pocket/demo/scout sub as these classes are fairly reliable and available most of the time.
Since you won't be playing with us too much, I expect you to be on a high div 3/div 2 level already to make up for that.

   since you don’t actually give that much play time maybe consider giving a chance to newer players?
   sounds kinda cocky to ask for so much while giving almost nothing.
