Hello!

I am looking to form a new team for the next season, starting
trials sometime in early january.

Accepting trials on all classes except soldier.

Forming a new team is always a massive hassle so don't apply
unless you are ready to put up with that and build something
from the ground up.

I have server/mumble.

What I expect from you;
– Active self-improvement (mge, dm, perfecting rollouts as demo and similar)
– Active team-improvement: Be eager to watch demos with the team and
be able to TAKE and GIVE critique in a kind and constructive way without
being upset.
– Be interested in playing toghether as a team with specific strategies,
not just winging it all the time.
– Be on time for scrims, don't show up 15 minutes late every day.
– Be able to play 4-5 days per week, 20:00 to 22:30 CET
– Be a person that likes to hang around in mumble and maybe play other
games or just joke around to relax.

Do NOT apply if;
– you don't like watching demos and focusing on teamplay
– if you are one of those scouts that always offclasses for no reason
– if you can't speak english well enough to communicate your
opinions in a way it can be understood
– you like saying mean things to the enemy team in chat and in
other ways just be a troll.
– you are under 16 years old or have a squeeky voice. don't want that.

I want to play to win. So make sure you take scrims seriously, even
if it is a 5-0.
