I'm looking for an entry into the competitive scene of TF2, I'm really interested in trying for the Archimedes Cup. I have zero experience in the competitive world of TF2. On my steam account I have roughly 200+ hours of tf2, all of which were on public servers. The 100+ hours were almost entirely split between playing Scout and Sniper. The rest is split between casually playing the other classes with medic coming out around third most played. Most of that medic time being played more aggressively, given I had played a lot of team fortress classic in the past. I am open to learning more advanced tactics, and focus down on healing and teamwork. As for scout, 100 or so hours of playing the class has taught me a lot, which is better shown in game that expressing online textually. My Sniper skills, which have been the forefront of my playtime as of recent are focused on some advanced game play styles. Rather than playing the common background camper I'm more toned to an aggressive mid-map position involving some quicker and well strung head shot streaks. I can also use huntsman fairly well, but prefer to use the stock sniper rifle or bazaar bargain. I have a whole lot more hours on an older account, but I found myself giving that over to my younger brother a long time ago. I don't recall any serious gaming back then, so I won't count it in with my total game time.
