    If i was to make a suggestion to you guys, and i may be wrong about whether you already do this or not, I think you should contact people directly and get a roster of about 5/6 sorted and then go for recruitment on etf2l here. IMO from my position I think you need some headline signings to convince people your team is happening, especially for plat. Just my opinion, with no inside knowledge! Good luck!
