Recruitment
Mo

Hey I'm Muwahhid (Mosef-Stalin) (nickname is Mo hence the Mosef not Josef) and…
here's a little about me and what I'm after:
I'm a 19 year-old Law student at York University, UK.
I think it's important to mention I adapt pretty quickly. If you think that I'm doing something wrong or could be done better, tell me and I'll hopefully act on it. That's part of being a team player.
I'm interested in getting into a higher division as Spy, after having played in UGC Iron, Steel and ETF2L open. I lobby at least a few times a week too, and am pretty involved in map talks with strategies for our team. I'm also told I make clear and precise calls as Spy that really help the team (and also them important picks :D). I am aware that as Spy the playstyle shifts with divisions, and the importance of your calls. To aid with this I watch a lot of POVs on a map-by-map basis, but also have higher division spies to tutor me on a particular map. I feel like the above reasons gives me a strong basis for going into a higher division.
In terms of availability I'm pretty open since I live at university, although every fortnight I go home on the weekends so may not be available on a weekend, but it's likely I'll make a scrim on a Sunday evening that same weekend.
A lot of my time on Steam is spent playing TF2 as I find its skill-roof almost limitless. No matter how frequently I play I always have fun too. That is the most important part of it, having fun. I'm looking for a team that shares my passion for this game, but also a team that'll play together frequently whether it be a scrim, a pub or just messing around on a trade server. I like people. I like teams that gel well.
As above, I'm pretty passionate about this game and Spy in particular, so I'd be looking for a main spot unless you're the type of leader who lets the subs play every other match.
That's all I have to say as I find it pretty hard writing about myself without sounding vain! :D

I’m pretty interested in your team and I’m a pretty good spy getting better and better I am already stuffed a bit and trading to finish my spy. I have 600+ h of g
game and like playing surf or jumps and I mostly love backstabing people like a jogging for a scout
olurist is that you
This isn’t an advertisement for a spy spot. I am looking for a team.
have pubbed with this guy a couple of times, seems like a nice enough guy. i have only seen him play seriously twice and i think high is too much of a stretch but could do mid with some work i think
Thanks for the comment man
In my opinion Mosef can give a team a lot of the when and why and not just the how-to.
Obviously his technical skill is way up there, but I’d like to emphasize that his calls are damn straight indispensable. Having an understanding of the game and an intellectual surplus makes him well equipped to know when being an enabler is the best for the team, rather than a hero. He is the type of spy that makes it easy for others to perform well, thinking ahead and being conscious. He gives and takes calls and you can depend on it. Isn’t that what separates the great from the good?
Having played HL with Mosef I found his sense of timing and sheer presence on the playing field something to be counted on. His game-sense is an addition to any team and he is an easy and rewarding communicator – making it an accessible asset – even when stuff hits the fan. The most epic play or shittiest fluke is communicated clear and cool whilst the game is on.
Being a calm and mellow fellow a bad day for Mo is a lesson, not a dog to whip. I’ve always found Mosef keen to evaluate and process a match when it’s over. He doesn’t leave, but looks to develop and learn, a very enriching team member to be around as he is genuinely interested and looking to help his team mates.
What I would value highest though is his permutable sense of priorities during a match, seeming to know what is needed to turn the tide. Being a smart spy using his overview to maximize potential, rather than being flashy. This guy has the patience to wait and stomach to miss a good pick for a great one or abandon it to do what must be done. With the right team, this guy can go far and he bloody well deserves to.

High’s a pretty big strech for him. However, he certainly will be able to play mid and with a good team grow up to be a very impressive spy rather quickly.
Hey, I’m looking for a team for this year and I think your a good player and I’m a good player so I was wondering if I could join your team, if that’s OK.
Well KillRoy I’m looking to join a team or form a team with someone else, I’m not offering a spy spot to someone. Hope that clears things up.
Seen the guy around in lobbies a few times, always does a good job and seems like a nice guy. With what he’s said and his commitment, definitely worth a shot playing mid. Good luck :)
“seen the guy around in lobbies”
not anymore x.x
had before banned for killing a moderator in a pub and the “harassment” caused by this despite never saying anything to him. So yes, had :P
Thanks for all the comments people, really appreciate it.
