Div 3/Div 4 Skill, 6v6

Hellooo my names Jae, I'm 15 years old and after recently quitting NervousEnergy gold I am looking for an ambitious div 4 team. HOWEVER, I wish to only play BACK UP as I want to get out and do more real life stuff.
I can play probably 3 nights a week maybe more depends on what I am doing. Weekends I am usually free to play as well as holidays. If you would like me to be available for a specific day and you tell me in advance I can most probably make it. I am a decent scout with good Death matching skills and recently I have been improving my game sense / map knowledge, I would say it is pretty good now. I can also off class to spy/sniper I am pretty decent at both those classes as well. I have plenty of div 4 experience with the -9m- first team. I am mature however I rage sometimes :p. I only rage at myself for playing crap and not at the team (I can work on not raging :p).
I would like a team that is ambitious, wanting to win the division not stay in it.
A team that is organized.
A team that has a stable line up.

Really good scout. Ieve seen him replace a player from ne gold after the first map and make a win for us become a tie. Definately div 4
Thanks for the comments so far, I changed my skill to /div3 as people said I’m capable of div 3 :p
Good DM, needs a bit of direction at times, but solid div4, pushing div 3 with a vocal scout buddy.
