Sniper  Div 3 Skill, Highlander

Howdy.
Looking for a stable, div3/gold highlander team.

Features:
– 900+ hours as a sniper
– available every day
– improve my own skills by spending lots of time on aim maps, cp_orange, dm, mge and lobbies, also watching my own demos after every match.
– have previous experience in 4-5 div and some seasons in ugc silver as sniper
– speaking english and russian, but i prefer speaking english

What i expect from the team:
– Players with decent gamesense who know their roles
– Good leader, who cares about his team
– Practicing frequently(4-7 days a week), maptalks
– Serious atmosphere
