Looking for a team to play tournaments with!

I Am a great heavy breaking almost 200 hrs on him
I have excellent awareness and am very good at keeping spy's off my back.
Mostly work alone but I used to have allot of exp working with a medic.
I rarely find myself challenged and I'm looking to get more out of TF2 then server play and have wanted to join a team for over a year but did not know how to go about it.
Hoping to play with some fun competent players and kick some ass.
