If you can coupe with an overextending demo, a raging pocket, a welsh roamer, a lisping scout and someone having hitreg as 70% of hiss comms then we're the team for you

Have atleast Div4 experience (Div3 is a plus)

Committed, We're going to be promoted to Div3 in season 11
Skilled and social, If you're a strong caller thats a plus

I would love to know how many of you were begged into writing these comments because if you spent a couple of weeks in a team with him he will drive you round the bend, He may be funny but when its time to be serious he still thinks its time to mess around and have a major amount of fun.
The reasons why were replacing him is because in some ways hes giving us Aerosol esports representatives a bad name and hes giving our org a bad name, when were playing pcws and officials against teams we respect he makes these comments that he thinks are funny but are quite offensive.
We all agree that he should be able to play at a Division 3 to 4 level only if he starts looking over his mistakes and actually stops disagreeing to the constructive criticism we give him, For example one of the big things that’s a problem with him is that he doesn’t trust us in game, He likes just running in and popping uber without getting any sort of call to do so therefore thats an uber or krits in some cases wasted which therefore can lose us some crucial games.
You just have to understand we want to be able to give our opponents a good game but when he starts making jokes (Not just him DEATHLIGER) we get distracted and start losing concentration, That is one of our main problems that gets us bad results even though we have been playing fairly well since we got our promotion to Division 3.
If anyone disagrees with anything i’ve said feel free to tell me your opinion and Feel free to ask me any questions that actually are connected to this event.

I didn’t say I would ever trial to your “team”. No offence but you are not friendly (friendly is the lightest word I could use) enough to have anything in common with me but I still wish you luck finding one suiting your atmosphere and gameplay.
Saying you could trial for us if you wanted to is a pretty arrogant statement, having “League Admin” next to your name is an insult towards the staff.

Site Admin, League Admin, whatever – we are still tf2 players too and as such we can express our opinions on fellow players and teams – especially on recruitment posts as that is what they are for.

Im just tired of the way ETF2L is being run and some of its staff, looking back on what happened in bquick’s recruitment post I nothing has changed at all, some admins are still acting like total jackasses.. We got warned not to troll that recruitment when we were merely defending ourselfs and when we post a recruitment post ourselfs and it gets spammed by polish cirlecjerkers telling us to trial an already exspelled player and not even a single comment is getting deleted, then yes I do get mad – I dont think its alright getting threated like this or laughed at.
Im not saying I could do your job better and Im not saying Im not open or friendly for that matter I just speak whats on my heart, wether its positive or negativ feedback.

If you have complaints about players posting stuff you don’t want to see on your recruitment post you can contact an admin about it on IRC. This isn’t new and is probably what happened on bquick’s rec post too (though that’s just a guess – I have no idea what happened there at all).
To clear stuff, yes, we [as a staff, via IRC] were contacted by bQuicks leaders to clean their rec post because of some spam\troll\whatever you want to calll this in it so after checking the post the decision was made and put “live”.
You are more than welcome to do the same and ask for cleaning your post from the same kind of posts, just tell us which are those you would like to have removed.
Once more it was just an opinion, maybe I used wrong word, sorry, English is not my main language, I apologize.
