Logjam Cup powered by serveme.tf: Home
Format & Schedule
Teams will be grouped by skill, resulting in several sub brackets with similarly skilled teams. Each bracket consists of four groups with four teams each, which will battle each other during the Group Stages. The top two teams of each group will be promoted into the Knock-out Stages. Every bracket will have its own tournament tree; during the whole tournament teams will be playing similarly skilled teams. Tiebreakers may occur when needed, between Group and Knock-out Stages. All matches will be scheduled by the system, teams may re-schedule tiebreakers (and only tiebreakers), as long as they’re still played before their respective deadlines.

Rules
This cup will be using the General ETF2L rules plus the 6v6 s19 rules, with the following exceptions:
Map pool
Only cp_logjam_b9 will be played.
Mercs
Up to two mercs may be used, even if the opposing team would allow more. One of those mercs may be a default merc, which need to be presented to the opponents beforehand, but cannot be disallowed by the opponents unless he is more experienced than the team he’s supposed to play for. The other merc may be disallowed without giving any reason.
Golden Cap
If the regular match ends in a draw, a Golden Cap has to be played, with mp_winlimit 1 and mp_timelimit 10. If after those 10 minutes no team has capped the last, the team holding the mid point wins the GC altogether.
(to be clear on this: The GC part was added after the tiebreakers, to make sure the knockout stages run smoothly)
On Match Night
Make sure everyone on your team has the correct map downloaded, and that the server you plan on using has both the correct map and the correct configs needed for the matches.
You may contact your opponents via Steam, IRC or simply by posting on the match page, but make sure you are open for communication attempts by your opponents.
It is important that all matches on Sunday & Monday are submitted by 23:00CEST – unplayed matches will be nullified! If there are any issues that you don’t seem to be able to resolve on your own, please contact an admin immediately to ensure a smooth cup for everyone involved.
During the Knock-out Stages submit the results immediately after you finish playing a match so we can generate the following matches. If a match is not submitted by the start of the next round it may get decided by a coinflip!
