Upcoming Dates and General Overview
October 26, 2008
It’s Sunday – another Week is almost over. Time for some status and overview on our current ETF2L activities:
Season 3
Our 3rd Season is almost over; tonight is the official Schedule Deadline for all regular Week Matches. Sadly there are still a lot unscheduled Week 9 matches, please try your best to schedule these during today or we will have to set a Default Date. We also want to make sure again all unplayed matches will get a 0:0 result when the Match Deadline is over.
Of course there are also some interesting decisions coming up in some Divisions, also our Top Division is still pretty open with four teams still having the chance for the big Season Title. Northwave Gaming recently published an article about the situation in Division 1 which can be found here [Link].
As the requests about Season 4 are rising up at the moment, we would also like to mention there is no date for our next Season yet. We will keep you informed and surely will announce some dates in the next two weeks.
Upcoming Dates
- Schedule Deadline for all Week Matches: Sunday, 26th October (TONIGHT!), 23:59 CET
- Match Deadline for all Week Matches: Sunday, 2nd November, 23:59 CET
- Playoff Matches: Monday, 3rd November till Wednesday, 12th November

As some might already noticed we postponed the 4th Cup Dates for one week due to general schedule changes. The 4th Cup Sign-Ups will open together with our Scout and Demoman 1on1 Cups on next Sunday! An overview about all important details will be published during the upcoming week.
Beside these, our Arena Cup #1 and Highlander Cup are running. Don’t forget to schedule your matches and play them!
Upcoming Dates
- Arena Cup # 1 – Round 2 Schedule Deadline: Sunday, 26th October (TONIGHT!), 23:59 CET

New Granary
Valve published a new updated version of cp_granary last week and removed the gates again. The new granary is much more suitable for clan matches again and will be used in our upcoming competitions again, as there is no use for cp_pro_granary anymore.
But, as we are in the end of Season 3, we decided to stay with cp_pro_granary for the rest of the Season. Anyway, if two teams agree in playing the new cp_granary instead of cp_pro_granary, it is allowed to be used.
