Personally, I think he should work on reflecting pipes, otherwise he is actually alright.

He’s a committed leader who did/is doing a lot for chess. I think picking him up would give you a devoted player who will turn up to pretty much everything. I think playing at plat standard should be fine seeing as he is willing to improve.

Flood don’t know if you’re serious or if not. But I will bet that’s serious. I need to disagree. The best achievment of scissors is second place in UGC Steel, rest wouldn’t happen if he woulnd’t have great team. He’s not leader person.
He just sayed that we as a team as mess, but when I talk with people they have general more respect for us when Scissors is not playing. We are doing good, we have good atmosphere, we decided together to go Plat, Scissors wanted go Silver, we’re managing to beat all silver teams we’re facing and had some pretty games against Div 1/2 teams.
He’s saying that we’re not practicing, he should now something like priorities actualy we have two people on vacations, 3 people playing nations cups, so they are less avaible and some people have personal things to do. It’s things that not helps with practicing but nobody in team is worrying becouse it summer league and now that’s only temporary.
Plus that doesn’t prevent you from complaining that we play too much with mercs? As I remember I was the person who was saying that playing with mercs is not good for longer period and sometimes you don’t have other options and we were playing only half of one thursday cup with 3 or more mercs, rest was maximum two, and that situation was really more common when you were in charge.
You’re getting overexcited when we did good against good teams and when we loose you say that we’re shit(still winning more games than loosing, in official we faced really great teams).
TL;DR
Generally people think we’re douchebags becouse of your behaviour, we will be fine, but Scissors just think he’s the best and we’re ones holding him down. And generally people we’re playing against have more respect to us than Scissors have. Even TJB could say that we have some really good players in team.
I am not blaming anybody, I just disagree with you. But I think a chat would be a better place to let your heart out than here. This is really awkward, Hajdzik wtf >_<

“Clean up the mess that is my current team” We’re not mess, you are not leader in my eyes, you can disagree, but it’s you who just talk trash about our team in public. If you just wrote I want change team it would not happen. You’re not leader, it’s not me Khazul, Steve who went on vacation during season, it’s not us caring about summer season results, when our game is at least decent, you can’t see positives and the progress we did. With that attitude you wont find a new team easily. GL. If you want to quit do it and save stupid actions like changing team name to Hajdzik E-Sports like I was during this time you were out some kind of dictator, I am accepting other people’s opinions. If you want quit just do it leave leader rights to me everywhere and we will discuss how to handle this changes.

I am not mad, we played against Kill Switch we lost easily, but I enjoyed it we were fine with that you can ask Pancake on last cup we won game against Easy Going, Draw against T-A Sigma and lost versus Stacked who are in better shape than us. I was little upset by our display against itsallgood and was little annoyed that someone from IAG just whined about our server it was laggy but both teams had same situations, but I calmed down when I checked chat logs becouse sometimes it’s emotions. But you’re emotional whole the time. When we did good you were overexcited and writed unnecessary comments to our opponents, becouse of your stupid conflicts.
When you were out I was trying to make good contacts with other leaders, becouse it’s just only game, and not reason to be mad at everything, and showing other people who’s the boss. And I am always paying big attention to atmosphere in team, even if things don’t go well. Becouse when you try to blame each other for losses the team start to falling apart. We don’t argue without you sometimes we have different views in team but we respect each other. You show no respect to us. And now you’re lying about me really bad thing to do. I don’t want to make some kind of shitstorm here. Just wanted to defend guys from our team. We might be not best team but we like each other, I like every single person in team expect you, but you’re not teamplayer in this moment.
I agree with Hajdzik, it’s you Scissors. Who gives the team a bad name, in public, and gets mad if you lose. You’re not a good pyro for my taste, who gets carried by his own team, do you really expect to find a team with this attitude and reputation?!
I am not blaming the players Hajdzik, I have been talking with people, and I know that most of our starting roster are leaving after this season. Why? I think you know why.

Yes we’re loosing becouse of me, I wouldn’t think that maybe the opponents are stronger, that some people have more important things to do in life than playing. I will finish it now. I propably shouldn’t be even responding. But I did it to defence our team, becouse you said it’s a mess, you were leader of team if I don’t suit you, you can say that you want me leave, but I am not sure people will go with you after you writed that things here.
