ps it was 2-0 (and 3 right after our merc has come) and you haven’t nothing said about him when you had won 5-0 freight (yes idk how it was in steamchats etc when you said nonono to our cl. logs etc? but you could say us ‘we want to play 5×6, if you haven’t any from your roster then it’s your problem, we just want to play properly’)
our mate crashed totally, and in some minutes our cl has found smbody. sorry for him not being able to properly say ‘we’ll be playing 5×6 then if you don’t allow us to use a merc’.
i wish admins will be talking not only with one side. and again sorry for that situation, i can’t understand what’s what even after half a hour after this game

The fact of the matter is you used a merc after i repeatedly said no, you then asked on server if you could use a unregistered merc to which i responded “no”, you then decided to let a registered merc join without asking us first, I will not stop playing in server and argue about a player, thats what the etf2l has rules for, you blatently broke those rules and imo should be punished for ignoring a clear awnser and taking it upon yourselves to do what you like not caring about the rules put in place to protect clans.
2 of the rules concerning a ringer that is not allowed..

1.6.6 No ringers allowed unless your opponent agrees
You are not allowed to use a ringer at any time of a match unless your opponent agreed to it. Teams caught using an unauthorized ringer will be expelled from the league and the ringer will be banned from all subsequent ETF2L competitions.
I will let the admins decide wether to give the worse punishment, i would prefer a default loss and penalty point rather than SFIRE getting expelled from league but that is not my choice to make.

As Kop already pasted, its not allowed to use a player who isnt on your team roster without the agreement from your opponent.
SFIRE received a Major Warning and got a Default Loss for the 2nd map.
Glad they got off with a small punishment when it could have been alot worse, gl next season SFIRE and make sure you follow the rules in future
