Hello everyone :)

So for the last months I’ve been trying all these different configs, but I never found one that had what I wanted. So I decided to make my own!

Since I play medic it was all going to be a medic config, but as I play scouts kind of often too I added a scout part to it, and after a while the config grew to cover all classes.

All classes follow the same basic concept that you press down a key to shoot and if that weapon isn’t equipped you bring it up instead (like MOUSE1 = scattergun, MOUSE2 = pistol for scout. So you always fire the pistol on mouse2 and scatter on mouse1), with some exceptions.

Heres a *short* summary:
— General —
Primary weapon is equipped and fired when you press the Left Mouse Button
Secondary weapon is equipped and fired when you press the Right Mouse Button
Melee weapon is equipped and fired when you press the Top Side Mouse Button (or MOUSE3 which can be disabled for you PTT people)
Netgraph on/off
Change Interp Fast (hold right shift + press one of the 1-0 buttons)
Key to spawn swap
No viewmodels, except for melee (can be turned on/off for all weapons during game)
Show what weapon’s equipped when you spawn so you dont forget (disappers when you fire)

— Medic —
Uber panic key
Fake uber
Autocaller when you bring the medgun up (Nice idea Chris, saw it in your conf :))
Crouch-jump bind
Key to move forward if you spawn in the back of the spawnroom

— Soldier —
RJ bind

— Pyro —
Airblast on right MB, fire flare gun on thumb key

— Sniper —
Zoom on thumb button

— Spy —
Press the top side button on the mouse, hold and then press 1-9 on the keyboard to quick cloak
Side button cloaks
f saps

— Engie —
Same system as spy’s cloaking for building stuff
f to pickup a sentry

— Heavy —
Spin on right mouse
shoot or eat on thumb
enter on numlock to throw sanvich

Thats like a short description anyway, hope you like it :)

Good ideas, few spelling mistakes about.

One thing — the configs are too talky, for example:

alias “movespawn” “kill; say_team “>> DEMO HEALS THIS WAY COMES, Moving forward in sapwn room! <<""

Why does it need to be that talkative?

Numpad enter for sandvich is a bit tedious. T would be better.

I’ll look it over.

I’ve gotten requests to make the solly press down right mouse btn to fire the shotgun, then when released go back to rocketlauncher. Ill add that as an option in v1.1

I’ll add an easier drop button for the sanvich as Chris suggested.

Maybe add so that the medic types out “Where are you?” in team chat when the player presses the “MEDIC”-key? Though that would add more text…

Ok, added separate configs for scout/solly which just handle shooting and spawn swapping for those wanting less stuff.
Haven’t tested them too much though so please post here if you find anything wrong :)

Im using all of you CFG.s and have been using them for a week now.
only 1 thing i have changeed is the viewmodels for shotgun on solly

Great cfg!

Just a few things
How could i remove the weapon changing on mouse and put changing betwen primary and secondary on q.
Then pressing e would change to melee and attack and then switch to last used.
Put uber/stickys back to mouse 2.

If you could change that it would be awsome ;)
