What up brothers.
Sadly uV didnt quite work out, we had alot of bromance going, and it was all fantastic. but however, the way the team was working was kind of keeping me back in a pattern of inconsistency, and what i mean by this is, that sometimes i wasnt good at managing my time :). With that said, i am ready to engage new endeavours and challenges.
ps. Huge shoutouts to Skeej, for picking me up as a div 6 shitter, and being such a nice guy to me, its very much appreciated.
So, im basicly looking for a mid/top div 2 team, and maybe even low div 1, if someone is willing to help me flourish so to speak.
I can play the standard 3-4 days sun-thurs. i would like to emphasize that agreements on time and what not, need to be clear and held, from both sides. As a soldier i have an aggro playstyle, i would say i shine most as roam, but i could probably play a good pocket with a little time adjusting accordingly.
If it should interest you in anyway, im 16, but i act maturely (most of the time). im a very vocal person, i like to have a talk with people, and i hope you as a team, feel the same way.

Erratic’s indeed a great roamer with great aim; that’s why we recruited him in the first place. He helped bring the team to the level where it’s at right now, and I’m thankful for the effort he put in getting himself and the team to become better. That’s why this was a really hard decision to make.
But yeah, why the decision then? Well, erratic’s attendance, and also his focus, was at times… erratic. All that the rest of the team wanted to do is play more, and erratic couldn’t always keep up with it. Or he had so much stuff on his mind that he couldn’t play with a fully clear mind. Like I said to erratic, as he always wants to do so much stuff at the same time and engage in activities keeping him from playing tf2 like a proper keen nerd, I would recommend a team that plays 3, maybe 4, days a night. We on the other side, are trying to play 4-5 nights a week, and play quite the hours every night, and I didn’t feel that erratic could consistently keep that up. Also, his age sometimes shows, and while I don’t mind that much, most of the time, others were having more problems with it and that could sometimes be a cause of the team glueing less well. I couldn’t let that go on forever, so I placed erratic on backup so that he still could play but didn’t have the pressure of attendance. But you cant stop his desire to own in TF2, so here he already is on the search of a new team.
Now, don’t get me wrong: erratic is a fully equipped and capable div2 solly! He’s always open for criticism, and up for a laugh. I wouldn’t say div1 yet; he needs more consistent experience on the field. I think playing with a different team with a different playstyle will do him good, get him out of his routine-play. When we played against px.red with erratic trialing for them yesterday, you could already see that playing in a different atmosphere and approach made him very effective as a div2 soldier.

i saw a lot of potential in him a while back when i first started to give him a few soldier pointers
he has brilliant dm and is always seeking criticism/wanting to improve, i guess you could say he is a highly motivated gamer
Has had good dm for ages, ah the good old days on am_variety. Now after his time getting skeej’d in uV it doesn’t surprise me at all that he can apparently play div2.
