    if you wont do that you wont enjoy tf2 never.
    improve your behavior a bit, and you will be excellent metirial for div 4 clans.
    active,got aim,got gamesense.

    remember, think a bit before you get into a clan, and be sure that you will be there for atleast 4-6 monthes.
