Soldier  Open Skill, 6v6

Im starting to lose interest in casual TF2 therefore I thought why not try playing some 6s. I got 3k hours on the game and I main soldier (roamer). Ive played like 5 games of 6s but other than that no competitive experience (i know most rollouts but i dont know "callouts"). Im looking for an open team who can teach me the way of 6s.
