I'm not a noob scout, have over 30 hours, and know a lot about him.
I can play all week, on weekdays I'm gone at 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM. On the weekends I'm free.

    div 6 = newcomers :> goodluck bro , also try http://tf2center.com/lobbies in order to gain 6vs6 experience before entering a team.
    also teams play around 20:00 – 23:00 PM
