Howdy!

We are a semi-new team looking to improve our play significantly over the seasons to come. We intend to end 1st place in div 5 next season. The reason the recruitment post is listed as Div 4 is because the majority of the 4/5 trials we've had have been average at best. No offence to anyone that's trialed so far, but we want to *win* our div.

Currently we are looking for a **MAIN Demo** and a **BACKUP Scout**.

Our current line-up:
– Medic: Last Tear
– Pocket: Spike
– Roamer: BigD
– Scouts: Namtac & McBanana

We play from 20.45 until 22.30 ish on these days (3 games a night minimum):
– Monday
– Tuesday
– Thursday
– Sunday

We strive to maintain a relaxed atmosphere but with a strong focus on improving.

You
– Can deal with and give constructive criticism
– Can play on all the days/times listed above
– Speak English (near) fluently
– Play for the team, not for yourself
– Have a decent understanding of your role for the level we are at
– Have finished at least 1 full season in div5 (or div4 if it was on another class)
– Have good DM
– Understand, to a reasonable extent for this level, what your role is (i.e. who to target, etc.)

We are open to defensive and aggressive demoman playstyles, show us what you've got :)

As for the scout backup:
– We intend to start playign at 20.00 instead of 20.45 in the future. That means our backup scout will be playing the first map on every day we play.
