Hi, I'm a Welsh 16 year old (17 this year) soldier to get into competitive tf2. I have logged 170 hours currently on tf2 and 23 of them being with soldier. I'm looking to improve and competitive seems the way forward.

Imo could maybe go into div 5/4.. cool guy good comms seems like one of the more competent players of his level considering time etc :p helping him out with demos too.. worth a try imo!
