I understand that I have been looking like a real dickhead over the past week because I put up a post looking for a mentor. I didn’t know that this wasn’t polite so Id just like to say sorry and that no offence was intentional.

Looking for a mentor isn’t a problem, it’s the lack of respect shown, the disregard for honest advice and the manner in which the request was made that likely caused offence.
