Tf2 crashes joining a server then cant reconnect

So my tf2 has started doing this again, where I when I join any sort of server my game will crash and I wont be able to reconnect to that one server for a good 3-4 hours.
It just gets stuck and fails after four retries.
Dont even know what causes the crash or what causes me to not reconnect.

Tf2 will stop responding, I think I know why I cant reconnect though as another instance of HL2.exe will be running in task manager, would also explain why +clientport will fix it but make my ping trash.
Just haven’t had the issue again yet to confirm it.
