CrossHairKonrWings
{
“controlName” “CExLabel”
“fieldName” “CrossHairKonrWings”
“visible” “1”
“enabled” “1”
“zpos” “2”

“xpos” “c-60”
“ypos” “c-48”
“wide” “102”
“tall” “100”

“font” “CrossHairKonrWings”
“labelText” “Z”
“textAlignment” “center”

“fgcolor” “255 0 0 255”

the labeltext was originally “i” however by using “Z” the wings are alligned and are closer to yz50’s wings. Im using 640×480 (i think) , the lowest possible resolution.

oamaok

1. Increase the “tall” attribute.
2. Adjust “ypos” to center it.
3. ???
4. Profit.

tSoodle

Ive increased “tall” but from what im seeing its basically just brought up the broken crosshair.

Id mess around with all the numbers but it takes me 3 minutes to make an adjustment with the slow alttabbing as i have a wooden pc :/

delete Garm3nFont.ttf and place this font in your resource folder instead.

That actually looks better than konr wings.

Use the new one konrwings, konr posted it in the hud sub forum.
do everything like he said and it should work perfectly.

Sounds a little like you have conflicting fonts (the .tff files) or the wrong labeltext. Note that the picture you gave at the start shows a different symbol that is also in the font file (you can see that if you open the file; it has a lot of these weird wing shapes and 1 or 2 actual konr wings in there). If it “breaks” like that you simply have the wrong labeltext in your hudlayout.
Try changing the labeltext back to “i”. As you said, this was originally intended.
If that doesn’t work, delete the .tff file, download the new one and follow the instructions. Triple check if you have the right labeltext for the new file. If the problem persists, search your ClientScheme (this is where the fonts are defined) for possible conflicts with font definitions.
