Everytime I try to launch Steam it comes up with an error that says:

ERROR: Could not open file vstdlib_s.dll

I’ve tried downloading the seperate file and placing it in both my Steam folder and my System32 but when I then try to launch Steam again the same error occurs and the file dissappears.

I’ve also tried downloading the “SteamInstaller” and choosing the “Repair” option when installing, that didn’t work either. :<

Has anyone had a similar problem? Please help! :)

Ahh, just opened it, last infected file “vstdlib_s.dll. I think we’ve found our problem :)
