you said you were thinking about a particular video card, but did not mention which? Also is that your current system (and if so, what video card are you using?), or is that the components you intend to purchase?

You dont need the K cpu if you are buying the h67 chipset, you cant overclock with h67. If you wanna overclock buy a p67 chipset :)
