Well, if you divide his nick in 2:
“Pata” is the female of a duck, in portuguese. It’s also VERY common (at least here, in Portugal) to call “pato” someone who sucks at something, like in TF2.
Siko… Hell, if you’re open-minded, you can make it “sick”, in english…

So, combining both, Sikopata would mean “sick bad player” :D
