Anyone on ETF2L who has experienced rejection and knows hwo to deal with it?

Depends on what kind of rejection you mean if you mean rejection by girls then yes, call me Mr. Rejection.

Basically just head down to the gym, blast your favourite speed metal and punch the hell out of the bag. Also running with speed metal in your ears.

best way to deal with it is basically convince yourself she wasn’t worth your time if she’s not bothered to be with you, then move on.

if that doesn’t work, go out and (try to) get laid :D

I guess the key is self confidence. You can’t be perfect so just be proud of who you are. The less self confidence one has the thinner is his skin when it comes to rejection.
