Birmingham has a few good places, but be careful not to get stabbed in the city centre. I can look up some stuff for you, see whats around at that time.

this will generally never happen, the city centre is probably the safest place in birmingham at night

also for london, if you love raving on stims to indie house music/dnb, go to fabric. it’s rather cheap as long as you don’t buy alcohol/drugs there
