How to make tournament mode server for tf2? because my need one to play in there.

Download this: http://deneusbeer.nl/tf2/etf2l.cfg
Upload it to your TF2 server to /tf/cfg
either manually execute the config rcon exec etf2l.cfg
or open your server.cfg and add exec etf2l.cfg at the end
